Project Manager with retail planning, design and architectural experience needed
for International Architecture and Interior Design firm with offices in Germany and Switzerland. Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of store planning, brand design and merchandising principles. We are looking for candidates with multiple language skills. First priority is the candidate must speak fluent French, German and/or fluent English and be willing to locate to Zurich.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Building strong relationships and interacting with clients
• Implementing one or more retail design projects through the management of project teams
• Managing, scheduling, budgeting and staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors
• Implementation of the design concept
• Reviews project for conformance to contract
• Tracks financial performance of project
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
• Five or more years of successful experience with retail design, planning and merchandising projects
• Knowledge of building codes and structures
• Excellent team leadership capabilities
• Excellent client management and presentation capabilities at the senior management levels
• Must speak a combination of Fluent French, German and/or Fluent English
